The Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is located in Tanzania on the edge of the world famous 'World Heritage Site' of the Ngorongoro Crater. The Lodge has been dubbed the game lodge at the top of the world and, between the natural riches of the Crater spread out at its feet and the amazing architecture.
The lodge design follows the Maasai mud-and-stick manyatta (homestead) style. Rooms each have a central living area and viewing decks overlooking the awesome Ngorongoro Crater.
Divided into three camps, 30 stilted suites with banana leaf ceilings and grass roofs provide an intimate and exclusive Crater experience. Each camp has its own sitting and dining areas, with private butlers who provide warm, personal service.
Activities include game drives, bush walks, excursions to Olduvai Gorge, exploring Lake Manyara by Bicycle, Cultural Coffee Tour, Cultural Lunch at Shangaa Shangaa amoung others.
