Ndarakwai Ranch is over 11,000 acres in size and located in Siha District, West Kilimanjaro. The privately owned ranch is an experiment in self-sustaining conservation preserving a variety of habitats that are home to over 65 mammal species, and 350 bird species. Ndarakwai Camp is a permanent tented lodge on the Ranch. With views of both Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru, the camp is nestled in a protected forest of towering fig, and yellow-barked acacias. Facilities include 15 spacious en suite tents with thatched roofs, a large dining / bar / lounge area next to the river, and a spacious pavilion for meetings, workshops, yoga, etc.
