Hondo Hondo is a developing ecolodge, running on hydro power and offering solar heated hot water in the comfortable ensuite tented rooms. They work alongside the local community, providing employment. Udzungwa Forest Tented Camp borders the Udzungwa Mountains National Park, in the Kilombero valley in southern Tanzania. Hondo Hondo's lush green grounds are on the border of the pristine rainforest and offer panoramic views of the forest canopy. Our camp offers six Forest ensuite tented rooms, well equipped, with all furniture made from locally available renewable sources.
