A eco friendly beach resort with a difference, Fish Eagle Point offers secluded, pristine beaches in a location 'far from the madding crowds'.
Located north of the historic City of Tanga, Fish Eagel Point is constructed from locally sourced materials to create minimum environmental impact. Traditional building methods were adapted to create a result that blends harmoniously with surrounds. The setting is beachfront, backed by coastal forest, mangroves and ancient coral cliffs... truly idyllic.
Varied activities include island visits, snorkelling, swimming, deep sea fishing, kayaking into the mangroves, exploring the coastal forest, discovering Swahili culture, fishing with locals and visiting the Amboni caves amoung others.
The venue and beautiful environment lends itself to a very special wedding destination. Weddings tend to be done with preference to total exclusivity of the lodge for family and friends, accommodating up to 30 people. A 'honeymoon' suite for the Bride and Groom lies on the end of a point, with total privacy a priority, a private beach, indoor plunge pool and outstanding views out to sea.
