Tanzania Maasai Women Art Limited is a Tanzanian-owned and managed company that sells high quality beaded jewellery. The non-profit organisation promotes Maasai women's empowerment by helping them to integrate into the mainstream of social and economic development. Maasai Women Art celebrates the women's skill, courage, warmth, elegance and story through the creation of jewellery, combining traditional beadwork with Italian elegance. Maasai Women Art recognizes the value of natural resources and the necessity for its protection.  An office and workshop space has been created in Arusha to facilitate trainings and ongoing beading development. Maasai Women Art jewellery is sold internationally. Pieces include necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
