Livingstone Restaurant

Livingstone Restaurant in Stone Town, Zanzibar overlooks the ocean and offers a variety of cuisine in a laid back environment. The location offers the perfect spot for sundowners and a superlative view of the sun setting over the Indian Ocean. The restaurant is in a renovated historical building with loads of character next to a boat building yard where there is a hive of activity.  The restaurant has an outside seating area where one can kick off their shoes to feel the beach sand while dining.  Inside Livingtone's is a big bar with some tables and chairs for meals, especially for rainy days.

A variety of meals are on offer and all are made from fresh ingredients locally sourced.  The lively fully stocked bar also has a cocktail menu and the 'Dawa' comes highly recommended.  The restaurant & bar is open for lunches and dinners with free wifi for their patrons.
