Cook in the City! is an American style diner located on Chole Road, Msasani Peninsular serving lunch and dinner daily.
Offering a selection of snacks and meals, diners have a choice of seating arrangements, either outside, upstairs on the open rooftop, or indoors. The decor is bright and the indoor area well lit with natural lighting filtering through the roof slats.
Menu selection incudes a choice of sandwiches, salads, pizza, roasted chicken, kebabs, shawarmas, fatayers, falafels and burgers at very affordable prices. Beverages include soft drinks, fresh fruit juices and water, with scoops of ice cream for the sweet tooth. Try the Americano coffee and ask about the cake selection.
No alchohol is served, but if you speak to the owner you could bring a bottle of wine along to enjoy with dinner.
