Description

Embark on a 3-day safari from Mombasa/Diani/Malindi/Nairobi to the Tsavo East National Park. Day 1: Nairobi/Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park 0700 hours: Start your safari with a pick-up from your hotel or the airport or port in Mombasa/Diani/ Malindi/Nairobi and drive through the Nairobi-Mombasa Road. Take a short rest and refreshment stops along the way and arrive at Tsavo East with a game drive enroute the lodge for lunch. The vistas that greet you will be immense – this is a park of big sky and endless savannah. Have lunch and then roll out to explore the park for an evening game drive. On the great plains here you’ll notice the rusty, red dust and the large herds of elephants that like to roll in it, giving themselves a rosy coat. We will also head to the waterholes where the wildlife go to escape the park’s arid environment. Dinner and Overnight at Voi wildlife lodge/Similar. https://voiwildlifelodge.com/ Day 2: Tsavo East to Tsavo West National Park Early Breakfast then checkout to proceed for a morning game drive of the day as you leave Tsavo East National park and take in the great park in the morning light proceed to the sister park Tsavo West. You will visit the water-fed oasis of Mzima Springs, a lush haven that is home to hippo, crocodile, exotic fish, and a big draw for the park’s other thirsty wildlife. We can even explore the palm embellished banks of the springs on foot. Look for the rich array of migrating birdlife that flock here as well. Spotting endangered rhinos is always a special safari moment. Tsavo West hosts the Nguilia Rhino Sanctuary, home to over 80 black rhinos. Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge https://nguliasafarilodge.com/ Day 3: Depart Tsavo West to Mombasa/Diani/Malindi/Nairobi. After an early morning breakfast at 7:00 AM, embark on an en-route game drive as you catch a glimpse of the sunrise on your way back to Nairobi/Mombasa/Diani/Malindi. A simple complimentary lunch will be provided on the way in a traveler’s motel. On arrival, you will be dropped at your Nairobi/Mombasa/Diani/Malindi hotel/Airport.
