Description
Begin with a morning pickup from your hotel or accommodation in Arusha. Travel to the activity starting point, where you will meet your professional guides and receive an introduction to the day’s program. Start with a cycling safety briefing and bicycle fitting. Your guide will explain how to use the bike, introduce the planned route, and ensure that your helmet and equipment are properly adjusted before departure. Set out on a guided cycling safari along scenic dirt tracks and approved natural routes. Ride through open grasslands, woodland, rural landscapes, and areas offering beautiful views of Mount Meru. The cycling pace can be adjusted according to the group’s fitness level and trail conditions. Along the way, look for giraffes, zebras, warthogs, antelopes, buffaloes, monkeys, and a variety of bird species. Wildlife sightings depend on natural animal movement and cannot be guaranteed. Your guide will maintain a safe distance from animals and may adjust the route depending on wildlife activity, weather, or trail conditions. Stop at selected locations for photography, drinking water, and short rest breaks. After completing the cycling section, enjoy a packed lunch at a peaceful picnic area and take time to relax before beginning the horseback experience. Continue to the horseback safari starting point, where you will meet your professional riding guide. Receive a detailed safety briefing and an introduction to your horse. Your riding experience, confidence, height, and approximate weight will be considered when selecting a suitable horse. Begin your guided horseback safari through beautiful natural surroundings. Traveling on horseback provides a quiet and immersive way to experience the landscapes and wildlife away from the noise of a safari vehicle. Beginner riders will normally proceed at a comfortable walking pace, while more experienced riders may be allowed to trot in suitable areas, depending on the guide’s assessment, group ability, and trail conditions. During the ride, enjoy views of Mount Meru and look for wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, antelopes, warthogs, monkeys, buffaloes, and colorful birds. Your guide will control the route and maintain an appropriate distance from wild animals throughout the activity. After completing the horseback safari, return to the starting point and enjoy a short rest. Meet your driver for the journey back to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, accommodation, or another agreed location.Includes
