Begin your day with pickup from your hotel or agreed location in Arusha. Travel in a private 4x4 safari vehicle with a professional English-speaking driver-guide as you make your way toward Tarangire National Park. After completing the park entry procedures, begin your game drive through some of the park’s most productive wildlife areas while your guide shares information about animal behavior, conservation, and the surrounding ecosystem. Throughout the day, search for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, impalas, warthogs, monkeys, and many other species. The Tarangire River is an important water source and often attracts wildlife, creating excellent opportunities for photography and close-range observation, especially during the drier months. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated area inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive. Because this is a private safari, you have greater flexibility to spend more time at interesting sightings, stop for photography, and explore at a pace that suits your group. Later in the afternoon, begin the return journey to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or agreed location.
