Description

Day 1: Fly from Zanzibar to Mikumi in the morning. Upon arrival, embark on your first game drive through the park’s open savannahs. Watch for giraffes grazing gracefully, herds of elephants roaming, and predators such as lions and leopards. After lunch, visit a Maasai village where you’ll be welcomed with traditional songs and dances. Learn about their semi-nomadic lifestyle, traditions, and daily life. Enjoy dinner and overnight at a comfortable safari lodge or tented camp near the park. Day 2: After breakfast, set off for an adventure to Chizua Waterfall in the Uluguru Mountains. Hike through tropical forest trails to the waterfall, where you can relax, dip your feet, and enjoy a picnic lunch in nature. In the afternoon, return to Mikumi airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar.
