Description

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli Depart Nairobi in the morning and travel south in a 4x4 safari vehicle. Listen to your guide's commentary on Amboseli’s ecosystem and the role of seasonal wetlands. Arrive in time for lunch and rest at your lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxed game drive across the open plains, focusing on elephant families, grazing patterns, and interactions. Learn how Amboseli supports some of Africa’s most studied elephant populations. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 2: Amboseli Wetlands and Birdlife Exploration Spend the day exploring Amboseli’s swamps and marshlands, sustained by underground water from Mount Kilimanjaro. These wetlands attract hippos, buffaloes, and a wide variety of bird species, making this day ideal for bird lovers and nature-focused travelers. Visit Observation Hill for panoramic views of the plains, wetlands, and Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). The day is paced for observation, photography, and interpretation rather than rushing between sightings. Day 3: Quiet Morning Safari and Return to Nairobi After breakfast, enjoy a final gentle game drive through a different section of the park before checking out.
