Description
After being picked up from your selected hotel location, you will take a boat to Prison Island. It is home to large land tortoises that were imported from the Seychelles. Get to touch and feed these creatures living in a sanctuary. Also, learn about the island’s historic use as a prison for rebellious slaves in the 1860s.

In Stone Town, explore historical sites including the optional slave market, daily markets, old narrow streets, and the fort. Then, you will be driven to the Spice Farm, where you can see, smell, and taste tropical spices and fruits such as cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, chili, ginger, vanilla sticks, lemongrass, lemon mint, turmeric, nutmeg, and cloves. Learn how spices are grown in Zanzibar and enjoy a tasty lunch at the farm.
