- Please be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The departure time (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM) is confirmed based on the daily tide schedule. If we change your confirmed departure time by **90 minutes or more**, travelers may choose a **full refund**.
The snorkeling experience is suitable for beginners and non-swimmers. Life jackets are provided.
Dolphin sightings are a natural occurrence and cannot be guaranteed, although sightings are very common.
If the trip is canceled due to unsafe weather, travelers may choose a full refund or reschedule the activity.
