Description
Your day begins with a hotel pickup and a relaxing drive to a beautiful Spice Farm in the Zanzibar countryside. Here you will walk among tropical plantations filled with cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and many exotic fruits. Learn how the spices are grown, smell their rich aromas, and taste fresh fruits straight from the farm. This is a fun and colorful experience that shows why Zanzibar is called the “Spice Island.”
Next, continue to Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park, the only national park in Zanzibar. Stroll along shaded forest paths where the rare and playful Zanzibar red colobus monkeys live freely in the trees. Explore the green mangrove boardwalk and enjoy the peaceful sounds of birds and nature all around you.
Finally, your journey takes you to the famous The Rock Restaurant in Michamvi, standing proudly on a coral rock in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Take amazing photos, relax with the sea views, and if you wish, enjoy a fresh seafood meal in this truly unique setting (meal cost not included).
