Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park – Boat Safari on Rufiji River Morning Pick-up: Your journey starts with a private car pick-up from Dar es Salaam (hotel, port, or airport). Scenic Drive to Nyerere National Park: Enjoy a 5–6 hour drive through the beautiful Tanzanian countryside, passing local villages and stunning landscapes. Lunch Upon Arrival: Check-in at your lodge/camp and have a delicious lunch. Evening Boat Safari (Rufiji River): In the afternoon, embark on a 3-hour boat safari along the Rufiji River, offering a unique opportunity to spot: Hippos, Crocodiles, and Monitor Lizards Bird species like Fish Eagles, Kingfishers & Herons Elephants, Buffalos, and Antelopes drinking along the riverbanks Dinner & Overnight Stay: Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and rest.
