Description

Embark on an 8-day safari and beach adventure from Dar es Salaam, combining three well-known national parks with a relaxing island stay. Enjoy game drives, beautiful landscapes, and peaceful evenings in nature before finishing your journey on Mafia Island, known for its coastal atmosphere and marine life. Begin your adventure with a journey to Ruaha National Park. After arrival, join an afternoon game drive to explore the park’s open plains, river areas, and varied habitats. Ruaha is known for large elephants, antelopes, lions, birds, and diverse natural scenery. Enjoy dinner and overnight at a camp or lodge inside or near the park. Spend the next day on a full-day game drive with your guide. Explore different areas of the park, with a lunch break at a picnic site or campsite. Spend the evening at leisure and overnight at the camp or lodge. After breakfast, take a final half-day game drive in Ruaha. Later, travel back toward Mikumi and settle in at your lodge. Enjoy dinner and overnight. Spend the next day exploring Mikumi National Park. The open floodplains often offer a chance to observe wildlife at a comfortable and natural distance. Enjoy lunch in the park or at camp, followed by another afternoon drive. Overnight at your lodge or camp. After breakfast, travel to Nyerere National Park (Selous). Check in and enjoy a relaxed evening. Dinner and overnight at the lodge or tented camp. Experience a full-day safari in one of the largest wildlife conservation areas in Africa. The park features lakes, woodlands, and open plains. A packed lunch will be served during the safari. Enjoy the sunset at the lodge and overnight. After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Mafia Island. Upon arrival, check in at your beach lodge. Spend the afternoon free to relax, swim, or explore nearby areas. Overnight on Mafia Island. Enjoy a relaxed morning on the island. Later, transfer to the airport for a flight back to Dar es Salaam.
