Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Maasai Village Cultural Tour Morning Pick-up from Dar es Salaam (hotel/airport) at 7:00 AM in a luxury 4x4 safari vehicle. Scenic drive to a traditional Maasai village near Morogoro (approx. 4.5-hour drive). ️ Afternoon Arrive at the Maasai village and receive a warm welcome from the Maasai warriors. Learn about Maasai culture, including their history, traditions, and way of life. Participate in activities such as traditional dance, fire-making, and beadwork. Enjoy a lunch prepared in the hotel. Evening Depart for Mikumi town (1.5-hour drive). Check-in at Mikumi Resort (or a similar mid-range/luxury lodge). Dinner and overnight stay. Accommodation: Mikumi Resort (or similar) ️ Meals: Lunch, Dinner Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park Morning Early breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Mikumi National Park at 6:30 AM for a full-day game drive. Spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffaloes, and antelopes. Visit the Mkata floodplain, known for its high concentration of wildlife. ️ Afternoon Enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic picnic site inside the park. Continue exploring different areas of the park, including hippo pools and acacia woodlands. Evening Return to the lodge for relaxation. Optional swimming or drinks at the bar.
