Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park Your safari begins with a morning pickup from your lodge in Arusha. Drive to Tarangire National Park with packed lunch boxes for a full-day game drive. Tarangire is famous for its giant baobab trees, large elephant herds, and predators such as lions and leopards. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Main Destination: Tarangire National Park Day 2: Lake Eyasi – Hadzabe & Datoga Cultural Experience After breakfast, head to Lake Eyasi for a unique cultural experience. Join the Hadzabe people on a traditional hunting trip and learn about their ancient way of life. Later, meet the Datoga tribe, skilled blacksmiths who craft tools using traditional techniques. Explore the lakeside village before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Main Destination: Lake Eyasi Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with packed lunch. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is one of the best places in Africa to spot the Big Five in one day. Marvel at over 30,000 large mammals, including buffalo, lions, elephants, rhinos, and countless bird species. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha, where your safari ends.
