Description

Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park Start your day early and head to Lake Manyara National Park, located about two hours from Arusha. This park is home to over 400 bird species, including flamingos, pelicans, storks, and cormorants. You will also have the opportunity to see other wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, and zebras. Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park to Ngorongoro National Park Continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is about an hour away. This area is home to over 500 bird species, including the endangered Kori bustard and the Schalow's turaco. Spend the night at a lodge in the Ngorongoro area, where you can enjoy the views and relax after a long day of birdwatching. Day 3: Ngorongoro National Park to Tarangire National Park Start your day early again and head to Tarangire National Park, which is about two hours from the Ngorongoro area. This park is home to over 550 bird species, including the yellow-collared lovebird and the Ashy starling. You will also have the opportunity to see elephants, lions, and other wildlife. After lunch, continue to Arusha National Park, which is about two hours away. This park is home to over 400 bird species, including the African fish eagle and the cinnamon-chested bee-eater. End your day with a visit to the Momella Lakes, which are located within the park. These lakes are home to a variety of waterbirds, including flamingos, pelicans, and herons. Return to Arusha in the evening as the end of your vain safari in Tanzania.
