Time: 3–4 hours. Highlights: Start at Londorossi Gate, trek through lush rainforests, and reach Mti Mkubwa Camp. Day 2: Mti Mkubwa Camp (2,820m) to Shira 1 Camp (3,505m) Distance: approximately 8 kilometers. Time: 5-7 hours. Highlights: Traverse moorland terrain, witness panoramic views, and reach Shira 1 Camp. Day 3: Shira 1 Camp (3,505m) to Shira 2 Camp (3,840m) Distance: approximately 7 kilometers. Time: 4-6 hours. Highlights: Continue through the Shira Plateau and arrive at Shira 2 Camp.
